Wedding Party Services - Please list the names of your party members including bride and the specific services each of them will be receiving. Trial Run Typically, 2-3 weeks before your wedding date is the ideal time to do your trial. Contact us 1-2 months in advance to set up. A trial consultation is your time to see the bridal look come together! We want to custom design the look you’ve dreamed of and work within your “comfort zone.” We know that when you feel beautiful and comfortable with the wedding day look, you will definitely be a happy bride! What to expect: Prepare to spend at least an hour for your makeup consultation (2 hours for makeup & hair consultation). Come without makeup on, if possible (hair should be air dried with no hot tools washed the day before for hair trials). Payment for trial run is due day of trial. Bring inspiration pictures and photos of your wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and flower colors. The deposit is non-refundable. *TRAVEL FEE: A base fee of $50 is required for travel outside of Glam+Co Salon in Hays, KS. Additionally, $0.56 cents per mile each way is added on to travel costs. Lodging must be provided at the discretion of the stylist. *Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 60 days prior to your reserved date, or you will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. This includes cancellations or changes to individual hair or makeup. Your deposit is non-refundable at any time. *Minimum of 5 Services to book a Saturday morning *$100 Deposit must be paid before date is reserved. Questions or Concerns?
